- Book or manage an appointment. Use the current booking path or contact the team if you cannot complete a change online.
- Membership and billing help. Sign in to your account when the available self service option requires authentication, or contact Customer Care.
- Retail product help. Ask about product availability, use, an incorrect item, or a damaged or defective item.
- Service questions. Ask what to expect, how to prepare, or whether staff should review a health or eligibility concern before you book.
- Service concern. Contact us promptly so the team can review what happened and determine an appropriate response.
- Privacy or account data request. Email admin@jay2jah.com with the subject Privacy Request.
- Accessibility assistance. Tell us what assistance you need to use the website, book, visit the spa, or receive information in an accessible format.
- Human help. Ask Jewel to connect you with the Jay2Jah team, or use the contact form, phone, or email listed here.
Retail Fulfillment
Retail shipping is not available at this time. Retail products are available at the spa. If Jay2Jah enables an online pickup option, the available method and instructions will be shown at checkout. We will publish updated shipping terms before retail shipping becomes available.
Response Time
Our goal is to respond within two business days during our published business hours. An automated confirmation does not mean that an appointment, refund, exception, membership change, or other request has been approved. A request is complete only when Jay2Jah or the connected system confirms it.
Safety and Privacy
The contact form and Jewel are not monitored for emergencies. For a medical emergency or severe or rapidly worsening reaction, call 911 or seek immediate care from a qualified medical professional.
Jay2Jah does not sell, rent, trade, or exchange personal information for money and does not authorize service providers to use it for their own independent marketing. We collect only what is reasonably needed and use reasonable safeguards designed to protect it. Our Privacy Policy explains our practices and your choices.
Please do not send full payment card numbers, account passwords, government identification numbers, or detailed medical records through the contact form or Jewel. Share only the information needed for us to help.
About Jewel
Jewel is Jay2Jah's automated digital Glow Guide. She is not a human, licensed esthetician, or medical professional. Jewel can provide general information, use verified live information when connected, present or apply an active pre-approved offer after you sign in or create a Jay2Jah account and eligibility is verified, and route you to our team. When a Jay2Jah app is available, signing in through the app may satisfy the same requirement; no app download is required at this time. Jewel's offer permissions are limited to the approved rules. She cannot approve refunds, medical eligibility, or policy overrides. A limited courtesy-offer feature will not be available unless Jay2Jah completes testing and activates it in writing.
