Refund policy

At Jay2Jah Sugar Wax & Spa, Inc., we are committed to delivering luxury services and products with care and professionalism. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled.


1. Spa Services

  • Deposits: Many services require a deposit at the time of booking (typically 50%). Deposits secure your appointment and are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

    • No-shows also forfeit the deposit.

  • Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.


2. VIP Memberships

  • Membership fees are billed monthly via auto-pay and are non-refundable.

  • Benefits (discounts, credits, charcuterie/cocktail perks) are only valid while the membership is active.

  • Cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.


3. Retail Products

  • All product sales are final.

  • For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any retail products, including sugar scrubs, oils, lip products, or other skincare items.


4. Event Packages & Specials

  • Deposits and pre-payments for events, parties, or specials are non-refundable.

  • If rescheduling is permitted, it must be within the guidelines provided at booking.


5. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted in cases where:

  • A duplicate charge was processed in error.

  • A service was not provided due to an error on our part.
