BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS
Yes! You can add multiple services to your booking. Each service will be scheduled in sequence, and deposits will apply per service.
We recommend booking online to secure your spot, but walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Priority is given to scheduled appointments.
Yes. A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your appointment. The balance is due at the time of service.
Cancellations and reschedules require 24 hours’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments if the cancellation window is respected.
No-shows and late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
Service Preparation & Aftercare
We recommend at least 3–4 weeks of hair growth (about ¼ inch). Exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment, avoid lotions/oils the day of, and wear loose clothing for comfort.
Yes, we specialize in natural sugar waxing which is gentler on the skin. We also carry a sensitive-skin product line for at-home care.
Avoid heat, workouts, and tight clothing for 24 hours. Exfoliate gently 2–3 times per week to prevent ingrown hairs. Our Golden Healing Oil is recommended to soothe and protect the skin.
VIP Memberships
Members enjoy service discounts (15–25%), product discounts (10–20%), cocktail and charcuterie perks, birthday credits, and exclusive event access.
Memberships are billed monthly via auto-pay. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and benefits apply only while active.
Yes. You can cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
Products & Online Shopping
No. For health and safety reasons, all product sales are final.
We offer sugar scrubs in a variety of scents, Golden Healing Oil, lip scrubs, and glosses — all designed for post-wax care and luxury self-care.
Yes. All products are available in-store and can also be ordered through our online shop.
Charcuterie & Cocktails
Yes! We offer complimentary cocktails and beverages for clients, plus charcuterie boards available for purchase.
Charcuterie boards range from $20 to $100 for non-members, depending on size:
- Small – Perfect for an individual.
- Medium – Ideal for 2 people.
- Large – Great for a group of 4–6 people.
- Silver VIPs enjoy $15 charcuterie boards (discounted from retail price).
- Gold VIPs receive 1 free charcuterie board per month.
- Platinum VIPs receive 1 free charcuterie board each visit.
Yes!
- Silver VIPs receive 2 complimentary cocktails per visit.
- Gold VIPs enjoy unlimited cocktails per visit.
- Platinum VIPs enjoy unlimited top-shelf cocktails per visit.
Yes, non-members can purchase charcuterie boards at retail prices and cocktails at the bar during their appointment.
At this time, charcuterie and cocktails are offered as an enhancement to spa experiences. For private parties and special events, custom arrangements are available upon request.
Events & Groups
Yes! We offer Sip & Spa packages for bridal showers, birthdays, and group experiences. Packages can include services, cocktails, and charcuterie.

No, outside food or alcohol is not permitted. Our in-house charcuterie boards and cocktails are part of the spa experience and are included in memberships or available for purchase.
