These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of Jay2Jah Sugar Wax & Spa, Inc.’s website, services, memberships, and products (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting our site, booking a service, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Services are powered by Shopify, which enables secure e-commerce and booking capabilities.

2. Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or that you are a parent/guardian providing consent for a minor to receive spa services.

3. Services and Appointments

  • Bookings: Spa services may be booked online via our website or in-store.

  • Deposits: Certain services may require a deposit (typically 50%) at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given within the required cancellation window.

  • Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel without penalty. Missed or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Memberships: VIP Club memberships (Silver, Gold, Platinum) are billed monthly on an auto-pay basis and are non-transferable. Membership discounts, perks (cocktails, charcuterie boards, event access), and product credits apply only while the membership is active.

  • Health & Safety: Clients must disclose relevant health conditions prior to treatment. We reserve the right to decline or modify services if they are deemed unsafe.

4. Purchases and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other methods supported by Shopify Payments.

  • Taxes: Applicable taxes will be charged at checkout.

  • Products: Returns on retail products are accepted only if unopened and within 14 days of purchase. Spa services are non-refundable once rendered.

5. Promotions and Marketing

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may send you promotional messages via email or SMS.

  • You may unsubscribe from emails using the “Unsubscribe” link.

  • You may opt-out of SMS messages by replying STOP.

  • Message frequency varies, and standard carrier rates may apply.

Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our Services (logos, images, text, product names, videos) is the property of Jay2Jah Sugar Wax & Spa, Inc. or our licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses
