For a Brazilian sugar wax, allow about three to four weeks of hair growth, gently exfoliate about 24 hours before your appointment, avoid lotions or oils that day, and wear loose clothing when practical.
Tell your provider about relevant allergies, sensitivities, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures, skin conditions, or injuries. I cannot assess medical suitability. Contact the team before booking when you are unsure. For a severe or rapidly worsening reaction, call 911 or seek immediate medical care.

Glow Rewards is powered by Froonze.
Once launched, you earn 4 points per $1 after an order is fulfilled, 100 points for creating an account, and 500 birthday points. Loyalty earning rules and customer emails remain inactive until launch, and sender-email verification is still pending.
Redeem 500 points for a unique $5-off code on a purchase of at least $25. The reward expires 30 days after issue, cannot be combined with another discount, and excludes subscriptions.
The complete earn-to-redeem flow—including unique-code creation and the cart discount—has passed testing. Froonze’s launcher is hidden; use Jay2Jah’s account buttons to open the rewards panel.

At launch, I may present only an active Jay2Jah offer after you sign in or create an account and the connected system verifies eligibility. Creating an account does not enroll you in optional marketing. I never promise points, discounts, or account changes I cannot verify or execute, and I cannot invent a code, change a price, waive a deposit or fee, approve a refund, or override policy.
Courtesy authority: 10% off, up to $5
Not active yet. After acceptance testing, 30 consecutive days without a material pricing or eligibility error, and written owner activation, Jewel may issue 10% off an eligible future service, capped at $5.
The customer must be signed in, with a verified booking, website, or connected-account technical failure or a staff-approved recovery flag. The offer is limited to once per customer in a rolling 90-day period, expires after seven days, and cannot be combined with another discount.
It excludes deposits, memberships or subscriptions, packages, gift cards, taxes, retail products, prior purchases, refunds, cancellations or no-shows, completed-service concerns, medical or safety concerns, and suspected abuse. Staff reviews anything outside these rules.
